The firm approves.
The software never publishes on its own. Every change remains a deliberate decision by an authenticated person at the firm.
Why Associate exists
Law firms have enough dashboards, alerts, and recommendations. Associate is built to do the recurring analysis and preparation before asking the firm for attention.
The software never publishes on its own. Every change remains a deliberate decision by an authenticated person at the firm.
Associate starts with law firm workflows, advertising sensitivity, and the evidence an attorney needs to review—not a generic agent adapted after the fact.
High thresholds protect attention. If nothing deserves action, “Nothing needs you today” is the correct result.
Approvals are logged, WordPress revisions are retained, and v1 publishing stays within page and post body content where rollback is honest.
John O’Connor, founder
Before Associate, John performed this process by hand: watch how firms appear online, find the change that matters, write the work, explain the evidence, and get it safely published.
He is a former attorney and a longtime law firm marketer. That combination shaped the product’s central boundary: software can prepare excellent work, but the firm must retain judgment and final control.
Associate is the operating system he wanted during those years—not an autonomous publisher, and not another report asking the client to figure out what comes next.
Admitted in Connecticut, Illinois, and North Carolina; currently inactive. Associate provides marketing software, not legal advice.
